From First Recognition To Cloud Growth

Before the awards came the foundation. SAFIR was built around a simple conviction: African organisations deserve transformation partners that combine world-class expertise with a deep understanding of their business realities.

The early years were spent building expertise, earning client trust and developing the capabilities required to turn technology into business value. There were no trophies yet.There was something more important — a standard worth recognising.

Three years after SAFIR was founded, an important milestone arrived: Top Business One Partner — West & Central Africa. It was more than an award. It was validation that the expertise being built at SAFIR was gaining regional recognition. But one recognition was never going to define the journey. The question was what came next.

In 2018, SAFIR was recognised as Best Partner — SAP Business One & SAP Business ByDesign. In 2019, the recognition came again. Then, in 2021, SAFIR was named Best Performer — SME.

Different years. Different distinctions. One increasingly clear pattern: performance was becoming repeatable. And while recognition continued, the technology landscape around us was changing. So was SAFIR.

Enterprise transformation was moving toward the cloud. SAFIR moved with it. In 2022, we were recognised as Best Cloud Performer. In 2023, we earned the same recognition again.

Back-to-back cloud performance recognition marked more than another successful period. It reflected the evolution of our capabilities — from the technologies on which SAFIR had built its early reputation toward those shaping the future of enterprise transformation. The recognition had changed because SAFIR had changed.

Then came another shift: Best Cloud Growth — 2025. From Business One leadership to cloud performance. From cloud performance to cloud growth. The progression captured how far SAFIR had travelled since 2014.

By then, our capabilities had expanded. Our organisation had grown. Our expertise had deepened. And the transformation ambitions of the clients we served had become greater. The award recognised cloud growth. The milestone was SAFIR’s evolution.

Look beyond the titles and the real achievement becomes clearer. SAFIR did not remain defined by the capabilities that first brought recognition. We evolved.

As technology changed, we developed new expertise. As client ambitions grew, we expanded what we could deliver. As enterprise transformation moved toward the cloud, we moved with it. And throughout that evolution, one thing remained constant: the people behind the performance — our consultants, our project teams, our specialists, our leaders, and the clients who trusted SAFIR with their transformation.

Different technologies. Different chapters. The same commitment to excellence.

One award captures a moment. Repeated recognition tells a story. From our first recognition in 2017 to cloud growth in 2025, each distinction represents another chapter in SAFIR’s evolution. Together, they represent something more enduring: a reputation built over time.

But reputation is not where the story ends. Because the next technology will come. Client expectations will rise again. The transformation landscape will continue to change. And SAFIR will continue to evolve with it.
